March 4th, 2016 is Employee Appreciation Day, and we would like to acknowledge the team members that make up Scale Funding. Each team member displays the qualities that support the mission and core values of Scale Funding.

March 2016 Scale Funding Employee Anniversaries of 10+ Years

Bonnie P. – Scale Funding Employee Since 3/13/2006

If you have ever called Scale Funding, more than likely you have spoken with Bonnie. She has been with Scale Funding for 10 years and is currently the receptionist at the front desk. She also assists with office facilitations. Throughout her 10 years of employment at Scale Funding, she has also been in the several departments including human resources, new business and telemarketing. Bonnie said, “I enjoy the culture here at Scale Funding. It’s a very family-oriented company, and everyone meshes really well with each other.”

Bonnie has a 3-year-old daughter named Lillian and two cats, Leo and Leema. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, trying new restaurants, comedy shows, movies, amusement parks and Bargo. Her favorite shows are Dateline, Impractical Jokers and Total Divas.

Corey B. – Scale Funding Employee Since 3/17/2000

Corey has been with Scale Funding for 16 years and is currently in the role as a vice president relationship manager. Throughout his employment at Scale Funding, Corey has also been an account manager, team lead, operations supervisor and operations manager. Corey said, “I like being able to help customers achieve their goals. I value the relationships I’ve developed over the 16 years I’ve worked with Scale Funding and the atmosphere and work-life balance that Scale Funding affords me.”

When Corey isn’t working at Scale Funding, he manages his own DJ business. He also loves to snowboard, travel, ride roller coasters and go camping and hiking with his two boxer/pit bull/lab mixes, Tank and Gunnar.

Jason S. – Scale Funding Employee Since 3/27/2000

If you finance your accounts receivables with Scale Funding, Jason is the one that helps make sure you get the cash your business needs. He has been with Scale Funding for 16 years and is currently the treasury manager. Throughout his employment at Scale Funding, he has been in several departments including credit, new business and operations. Jason enjoys working at Scale Funding because of the people. He said, “Scale Funding is fortunate to have a staff that is very passionate.”

Jason will celebrate his 20th wedding anniversary with his wife, Liz on March 23. He has two teenage kids, 16-year-old Linnea and 13-year-old Adam. He is the coach of his son’s basketball and baseball teams. He also enjoys traveling with his family. Last summer they traveled to New York City. His upcoming trips include Florida, Omaha, Chicago and San Francisco. One of his goals for 2016 is to win a spot in the Breeders Cup Handicapper Contest this November in California. Jason also enjoys attempting to hit the pick 4 at the horse races at Canterbury Park, Irish whiskey, running at the YMCA, the Minnesota Timberwolves and pizza night with his family.

If you factor your receivables with Scale Funding, Mike will make sure that your customers pay their invoices in a timely manner. He has been with Scale Funding for 17 years and is currently the collections supervisor. Mike said, “I have been at Scale Funding since 1999. In that time I have experienced just about everything.”  Aside from the collections department, Mike has also been an account manger, account administrator supervisor, new business specialist and sales representative. He said Scale Funding is a great place to work because of the friendly colleagues and casual atmosphere.

Mike has been married for almost 19 years to a Wisconsin native. He said it can be tough during football season as she is a Packers fan. He has a son, Nate, who is a 13-year-old soccer player. Mike now spends most of his free time coaching his son and traveling throughout the state to tournaments during the summer months. When he is not coaching soccer, he enjoys golfing and bowling.
