TCI Business Capital Promotes Erica Ihrke to Operations Manager

TCI Business Capital announced today that Erica Ihrke is now operations manager for the company. In this role, Ihrke is responsible for leading teams that provide operational support for TCI clients, ensuring the effectiveness of business processes, and managing business continuity and IT for the company.

Prior to her new role, Ihrke spent three years leading human resources at TCI, and previously served as an operations supervisor for the company. She joined TCI in 2008. Before that, she served as an investigator for Bowman and Brooke LLP, a trial law firm.
