In November of 2014, TCI Business Capital reignited a customer service initiative by re-introducing a company newsletter to clients in the United States and Canada. Every month, you’ll receive an up-to-date snapshot of oil rig counts, new happenings at TCI, as well as helpful tips to help your growing business.
On December 24th, following news of decreased oil prices and rig counts, TCI Business Capital released a “5 Important Steps” document to take to survive and make money in a down market. It’s our hope that this document was helpful, and that it’ll motivate you to take proactive steps to ensure success in 2015. Furthermore, we hope to create more up-to-date content in the near future that will help your business excel and grow.
In the first quarter of 2015, we’re taking appropriate steps to update our company’s website. It’s our hope that the new website will be a helpful informational and content resource for industry news and trends. We’re crafting the website with you in mind, ensuring that it will be easy to navigate, and it will be functional on both desktops and mobile devices.
TCI Business Capital is extremely active in our community, and we’re busy laying out objectives for charitable giving in the upcoming year. Not only that, but we’re working on many customer-service initiatives so we can offer you an outstanding experience throughout the course of the year.
