“I’ve worked here for 5 plus years, and I love the family environment and dedicated service to others. The owners of TCI really know what’s important to their employees. Thanks so much TCI for the scholarships for my two college kids.” – Greg D., TCI Employee

The Steering Committee began the scholarship program when numerous employees had family members in college. The founders and the committee members wanted to offer this in an effort to alleviate some of the expense for the students and the families.

“TCI feels an obligation to assist the next generation of leaders. We feel by offering scholarships and internships over the summer and holiday breaks is an important contribution to young people’s education. TCI is proud of its decades long history of providing this assistance.” – Daniel R., Founder of Steering Committee
