TCI Business Capital invited Judy Praska, from Fastest Labs, to share what she has seen and heard from her staffing agency clients and the impact the legalization of marijuana has had on employee performance in the workplace.

Alan Lasky is the Senior Vice President of Sales for Universal Background Screening, a top nationally accredited firm, and has been in the background screening industry for over 20 years. Throughout his career, his focus has been on screening compliance, working with safety-sensitive populations, and spending much of his time conducting training and seminars, pertaining to background screening regulations and trends. His experience includes helping thousands of organizations with their screening programs and consulting with the Pentagon on security programs for military base civilian screening while also consulting with HR, staffing firms, and legal departments on best-practice screening. Alan holds a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from CSPP/Alliant University – Los Angeles.
