Warren
B2B Financing that is Simple

Warren Invoice Factoring

Use Invoice Factoring to Take Control

Businesses rely on our Warren invoice factoring programs to take control of their cash flow. Also called accounts-receivable financing, invoice factoring is a simple form of B2B financing that occurs when a company receives an advance on its open receivables (invoices). A factoring company, such as Scale Funding, sends the invoice to the business’ customers and does the waiting for payment. When the payment is received 30, 60 or even 90 days later, the factoring company provides the remainder of the invoice total, less a small factoring fee.

The reason Scale Funding is the top choice among factoring companies in Warren and Michigan is because we make our process simple, providing financing in just three steps:

In as little as 15 minutes, we send you an approval for factoring.

2) Submit Your Invoices

After you are quickly set up, send us your invoices as soon as they are ready.

3) Receive Your Funding

We initiate a competitive advance into your account the day we receive your invoices, giving you the cash flow that you need and eliminating the wait for payment.

Bank Funding vs. Factoring: What You Should Know

How You Get Approved

With our Warren accounts-receivable financing lines, we approve you based on the creditworthiness of your customers, helping to ensure that you are working with the best companies. With a bank loan or line of credit, your approval is based on personal and business credit histories, which can limit financing to the businesses that need it most.

Your Ability to Grow

Through Warren business financing with Scale Funding, we grow as your company grows, ensuring that you receive the funding you need – all the way up to $20 million per month. With bank financing, once you have maxed out your line, you must re-apply for additional funds and go through the entire process again.

Support and Customer Service

With invoice factoring at Scale Funding, we provide your business with many of the needed back-office support functions that are hard to fill and can limit your ability to put resources into growing your company. We offer credit checks on your new and existing customers, and provide free collections services on your invoices, ensuring that your bills are paid in a timely and professional manner. These value-added services are uncommon, and hardly ever provided, when you receive a bank loan or line of credit.

Warren is close to Detroit, which is ideal for commuters and for business owners that need access to bigger markets.

History

Wampler, a surveyor, came into the muddy area known today as Warren in 1817. It’s important to note that before Michigan became a real state and before Macomb county emerged, people were already settling around the area. Beebe’s and Groesbeck’s family were the first residents of the area, residing close to a train along the famous Red Run Creek. In fact, the first settlement in 1830 was named as Beebe’s Corner.

By that time, John Beebe helped in paying for a particular trail road known as Moravian. Soon, this trail brought valuable trade. This made Beebe’s Corner the carriage stop between Detroit and Utica, which included a mill tavern and distillery, in addition to the trading post.

Moreover, it was documented that Charles J. Groesbeck was the first resident of Beebe’s Corner, until 1837 when Warren Township came. At first, it was known as Hickory. Then, everyone decided to change it to Aba. However, in 1838, everyone agreed that they would adopt the name Warren, because of a hero during the war known as Rev. Abel Warren. He stayed in what we now know as Macomb County for quite some time in 1824.

Geography

The entire area covers about 34.46 square miles. Cities that border Warren includes Hazel Park, Detroit, Madison Heights, Fraser, Roseville and Eastpointe.

The main thoroughfare to Warren includes:

  • Groesbeck Highway: It was named after the former Governor Groesbeck. The highway is close the eastern edge of the city. This comes to Detroit north. It could also be a quick and wide connector to Macomb County.
  • Base Line Road: It is otherwise known as 8 Mile Road. This is considered the southern border of the city.
  • Earle Memorial Highway: This leads anyone to the Van Dyke Freeway.
