Why Use Accounts-Receivable Financing?

Conroe invoice factoring

Our Conroe accounts-receivable financing programs are used by a variety of businesses of different sizes and stages. We offer month-to-month programs that range from $50,000 to $20 million, giving both start-up and growing companies the ability to use our debt-free financing solution.

One of the most common reasons companies use accounts-receivable financing (invoice factoring) is to eliminate the wait on customer payments. If you’re waiting 30 to 90 days, this can easily put you in a cash-flow crunch. Our Conroe invoice factoring programs eliminate this wait by paying you same day on your invoices.

We also help many companies who are unable to get any or sufficient funding from a bank because of credit issues. Since our approvals are based more on the creditworthiness of your customers rather than yours, we can work with those that have less-than-perfect credit, maxed-out credit or even no credit.

Brief History

Isaac Conroe, a Houston lumberman and union calvary officer established a small sawmill in Conroe in 1881. The city, which derives its name from this man, grew fast as a result of the oil and lumber industries. Initially, people used to call the area “Conroe’s Switch”, and many migrated into the area towards the end of the 19th Century. The city’s growth proceeded slowly but steadily, until the period between 2005 and 2007 when its construction industry exploded.

Economy

The city’s economy heavily depends on health, transportation, manufacturing, tourism, construction, education, housing and commerce. The Conroe Park North has managed to attract a lot of industrial activity and retail development, as an industrial park.

The U.S Census Bureau puts the city under the “large urbanized transit area” category. The streets are highly connected, making movement of people and flow of goods around the city easy. Established in 2015, the Conroe Connection bus system serves the public, between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm during business days.

Some of the top employers in the city include Conroe Independent School District, City of Conroe, Conroe Regional Medical Center and Montgomery County. ExxonMobil ended plans to consolidate its workers somewhere in Conroe in 1980’s, when the local oil industry collapsed.

Housing

Ten low-income apartment complexes are available in the city, with 1,232 affordable apartments. Most of the apartments are income-based, while some other 460 HUD apartments are available. Low income families still have another 699 affordable apartments, although they are not rent-subsidized.

The Housing Authority of Montgomery County provides Section 8 Housing services. The rental assistance program partly pays the monthly housing costs incurred by a citizen, including utilities and rent.

Healthcare

The city provides many health facilities that have state-of-the-art medical equipment and highly trained, qualified and experienced professionals who provide patient-centered services. Conroe Healthcare Center, for instance, provides a comfortable, home-like and relaxed environment, with great personal care, superior therapy and quality nursing services.

Other healthcare facilities available in the city include:

  • Conroe Regional Medical Center
  • Cornerstone Hospital
  • Solara Hospital
  • Heartis Conroe

These facilities also offer a range of services, which include dental care, surgical treatment, disease diagnoses, family planning, healthy living education and acute illness management.

Recreation

Lake Conroe, a beautiful perennial water body, provides a wonderful avenue for various cultural activities. The most notable public parks in the city include Candy Cane Park, Carl Barton Jr. Park, McDade Park and Lake Conroe Park.

“Bringing people together to change lives” is Conroe Parks and Recreation Department’s vision, while its mission is “To improve the quality of life in Conroe by providing the best parks and recreation facilities and programs at affordable prices.”

The department is in charge of organizing fun events for kids, youths, adults and senior citizens as well. Through ensuring that the parks are clean, safe, well maintained and equipped, the department provides a good environment for one to relax, explore the trails, play and meet new people.

Education

The Lone Star College System serves the city, with the Conroe Center, EMCID Center, LSC University Center and Lone Star College-Montgomery Campus. Some of the best schools in Conroe include:

  • Washington Junior High School
  • Conroe High School
  • Anderson Elementary School
  • Travis Intermediate School

The Conroe Independent School District strives to provide equal education opportunities for all learners, while tapping kids’ special abilities and talents. The major goal of education in Conroe is not for children to simply complete school, but to develop into people who are highly beneficial to the society.

The city runs a Montgomery County Memorial Library System main branch, a rich resource for students and adults who want to increase their knowledge or just enjoy reading.
